It’s with mixed emotions that I announce that on July 1st I will be appointed to a new position in the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. I’m saddened to leave Mount Tabor UMC in East Canton, but excited to begin this new adventure.
I will serve as the Associate Pastor of Church of the Saviour in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. This is a particularly unique position because I will not only serve as an associate pastor. I will also be the primary pastor/preacher/leader for a new worship service and ministry for young adults called GPS. As you might have guessed from reading this blog, but I have a particular heart for young adults and the journey of faith. This will give me an opportunity use my gifts and passions for ministry in an area filled with youth and young adults.
Please keep Amanda and I in your thoughts and prayers as we make this transition.
